Is Simona good?
A control mage with a lot of physical protection. Her trait and skills keep giving her ice armor, a physical shield, and one skill spreads it across nearby allies. She can raise an ice wall that works as a decoy or a roadblock, slow enemy movement and freeze enemies so they can't act.
That makes her strong on stages full of physical attackers or crowds, while magic-heavy stages and enemies immune to movement debuffs blunt her. We have her at B.

Simona is voiced by 劉菁霞 in Chinese, 井上麻里奈 in Japanese, and Song Sol in Korean. Simona was released on 30 August 2024.
Background
Simona hails from the distinguished noble family of knights, the Yngling, and is a powerful Ice Knight.
She is ambitious, decisive, aloof, and firmly believes in the knights above all else.
Ostracized within her family and disdainful of the Union's increasing decadence, Simona joined the Council of Knights and willingly left with the Advance Order on an expedition to Iria.
Simona's ambition has never wavered. To her, conquering Iria would not only silence her elders but also lay a firmer foundation for her chosen path.

Icy Blast
Skill 1(Magical DMG) Deals 75% [A0E DMG] to the first enemy in each line within a 2x3 area, inflicting [V SPD I] and [V Move I] for 2 turns. Knocks the targets back by 2 tiles.
Ice Assault
Skill 2(Magical DMG) (Instant] Simona selects 1 tile within a cross-shaped range around her and charges to the location, attacking all enemies along the line. She deals [Ice] DMG equal to 100% of the [Physical Shield] value. Simona gains [Warrior of Frost] for 2 turns.
Iceshards
Skill 3(Reaction) After her [Armor of Ice] is destroyed, Simona deals 50% Magical DMG to all enemies within 2 tiles of her and inflicts [V Move III] on the target for 1 turn.
Flash Freezing
Skill 4(Magical DMG) Single-target attack. Deals 80% DMG and inflicts [V Move III] for 2 turns. If the targets have [V Move], additionally inflicts [Frozen] for 2 turns.
Ice-made Sword
Skill 5(Magical DMG) Single-target attack. Simona deals 110% DMG. If she is attacking enemies with [V Move], or who are currently on (Frosty] tiles, the DMG she deals is increased by 30%.
Winter Doomsday
