Daring Heart (デアリングハート, Dearingu Hāto) is a racehorse in the middle of 2000s.

She fought with many contemporary rivals, such as Rhein Kraft, Cesario or Air Messiah.

Even after those rivals left turf, she kept running until her retirement in 2008.

Even though she was not very succesfull as a broodmare (in career terms), her first daughter, Daring Bird eventually gave foal to the soon-to-be Triple Tiara winner, Daring Tact.

Biography

“Refuse to lose! You're looking at me, queen of the future!”

An Umamusume who grew up in the United States, Daring Heart has a personality befitting a leader.

She loves to stand out from the crowd, and is usually surrounded by a lot of people.

Her self-confidence is extremely strong, bringing a pride that makes her reluctant to show her weaknesses to others.

Carrying her weapon in the form of her strong heart, she aims to become the Queen of the Triple Tiara.

Appearance

Daring Heart has long, wavy, brown hair, with bangs parted to the right.

The large strand of her bangs has a dominating white stripe.

Her ears each have yellow insides that don't quite reach the tip.

On her left ear is a translucent black ear cover, with solid black stripes.

Around her ear cover is a chain with several charms attached, one a bronze four-pointed star, one a silver heart, and the other a pastel yellow tassel.

Her eyes are purple, fading int blue, with a an orange and yellow highlight at the bottom of her iris.

Heart's race outfit is as bright and flashy as she is.

She wears a yellow and black top, decorated with checkerboards, blue triangles, black vertical stripes, and ribbons.

The black layer of her shirt seems to have a cutout, exposing her hip.

She wears a bright yellow pleated skirt with lacy black trim, with a silver chain that forms a large metal heart on her left hip.

Atop of this ensemble, she wears a fuzzy yellow jacket that has a furry black collar.

The jacket has two bright blue chevrons on either shoulder, and the waist is cuffed with blue bands and a fluffy black outline.

She wears black gloves on both of her hands.

On her left leg, she wears a singular fishnet sock.

She sports knee-high black boots with a "V" cutout, both decorated with yellow and blue stripes on the top right-hand side.

Rhein Kraft - Friend and rival. Daring Heart was inspired by her determination, and her races remind her of the reason why she came to Japan.

They are good classmates, and hang out and train with each other.

Daring Heart also teaches her English, which Rhein Kraft is bad at.

Cesario - Friend and rival.

Air Messiah - Friend and rival.

Daring Tact - Friend. Heart is some sort of mentor to Daring Tact, and Heart is very supportive towards her.

They hang out together, and like to go on shopping trips.

In real life, Daring Tact is Daring Heart's granddaughter.

Fusaichi Pandora - Roommate. Heart tends to spoil her sometimes, and the two of them hang out together.

However, Heart makes note of Pandora's intellect and strength, and looks forward to seeing her grow.

They also go mountaineering together from time to time.

In real life, both of them lost all three Triple Tiara races in their respective generations.

They are also related to Triple Tiara winners.

Fusaichi Pandora is the mother of the 2018 Triple Tiara winner, Almond Eye.

Meanwhile, Daring Heart is the grandmother of the undefeated 2020 Triple Tiara winner Daring Tact.

She was announced during 5th EVENT ARENA TOUR GO BEYOND on day two of the third leg, YELL, which took place on February 4th, 2024.

She likes watching a show called "Totally Agents!" with Fusaichi Pandora.

This show is a reference to the French-animated cartoon "Totally Spies!", which ran from 2001-2013.

Daring Heart ran from 2004-2008, which is coincidentally when the show was in its popularity.

She likes shark movies because they represent freedom to her and break common sense.

She is afraid of ghosts, even in silly scenes.

She likes watching drama shows at night.
