For this round and the next, that enemy unit deals -X Damage, takes +20% Damage, and becomes Taunted by the adjacent unit with the highest current Health. Note: The adjacent unit with the highest current Health is chosen from among the friendly units. Healing or Repairing remove the bonus damage effect.

After moving, places a Decoy on an empty adjacent hex. Then, if there are 2 or more decoys adjacent to Xybia, summons a Neophyte Hybrid on one adjacent decoy. If Xybia does not move, then this ability triggers at the end of her turn.
