The first, thrid, and fifth strikes of a normal attack launched when in Decision state launches a Hand of Judgement attack that deals Light DMG equal to 467.9%, 655.1%, and 842.3% ATK in turn. Divine Grace: Grants Divine Grace each time a hit is landed with a normal attack.

• Flash of Brilliance

  Deals Light DMG equal to 1497.4%ATK in total. During skill action, this skill is replaced by Flash, and if Flash is not unleashed within a certain time it will then be replaced by Brilliance. Flash: Deals Light DMG equal to 1871.8% ATK in total. Brilliance: Deals Light DMG equal to 1684.6% ATK in total and expends all available Divine Grace, which increases non-DoT Skill DMG dealt by 0.3% for every 1 point of Divine Grace expended. When not in Decision state, hits landed with Flash of Brilliance grant 9 Dawn, hits landed with Flash grants 16 Dawn, and hits landed with Brilliance grant 9 Dawn. Divine Grace: Grants Divine Grace upon every hit landed with Flash of Brilliance or Flash.

When not in Decision state, hits landed with Ripple of Fate grant 10 Dawn, hits landed with Destiny grant 16 Dawn, and hits landed with Choice grant 10 Dawn. Divine Grace: Grants Divine Grace upon every hit landed with Ripple of Fate or Destiny.

  May only be used when Dawn is at max. Deals Light DMG equal to 2246.1% ATK in total and enters Decision state, and also resets the CD of Flash of Brilliance and Ripple of Fate. Decision: Automatically expends 1 Dawn every 0.15s and exits Decision state when the Dawn count falls to 0. Use of Flash of Brilliance, Destiny or Choice when in Decision state triggers a new Hand of Judgment attack which deals Light DMG eqaul to 561.5%, 561.5%, 561.5%, and 561.5% ATK respectively. When using Brilliance or Choice, Slash of Conviction is replaced by Slash of Glare, which may be followed up with Slash of Glare to deal Light DMG equal to 1122.9% ATK in total.

Tap the normal attack button after a successful block to counterattack for Light DMG equal to 600% ATK in total. Every counterattack landed on the enemy shorterns the remaining Cds of Flash of Brilliance and Ripple of Fate by 1s, and grants 5 Divine Grace. When the Dodge effect is not on CD, a landed counterattack also triggers Dodge effect, putting it on CD afterward. Dodge effect: Enters Zero Time to significantly slow all enemy movements for 2s. Dodge effect can trigger once every 20s.

Grants 2% Ultimate Skill charge every second. Gains 15% Ultimate Skill charge when the Mod or a teammate triggers Zero Time. The effect can trigger once every 0.5s.

Deals Light DMG equal to ATK × (2000% + 51.28% × Verthandi's Ultimate Skill level), and hits landed increase the Light DMG dealt by all members of the team by 30% for 12s as well as increase Mod Index Multiplier for the current Ultimate Skill attack by 120%. Also increase the DMG dealt by all members of the team by (14% + 0.4%) × Hera's Ultimate Skill level for 12s, restore all combat resources all members of the team next expend within 12s, and increases Dimglare - Verthandi's Crit Rate by 20% for 12s.
