Is Akashi good?
A pure support that keeps a fleet topped up through long map clears. She heals every ship in the fleet on a timer, raises the Vanguard's reload by up to 15% just by being there, and brings emergency repairs you can spend on the map between fights.
Her own damage is next to nothing, so she needs real damage dealers beside her. We rate her A, mostly for hard farming routes, where she belongs in the mob-clearing fleet.
