Is Glorious good?

Both buffs go off every time, so any fleet where the Vanguard does the heavy lifting can use her without extra setup, and big single hits like torpedoes gain the most.
Her own damage is poor, with light-carrier-level aviation, weak torpedo bomber efficiency and no extra planes from limit breaks. Her fighter efficiency is good, so spend your best fighter on her and don't worry much about her bombers.
