Toshiro condenses water vapor into an ice dragon which hits 5 times, dealing total DMG equal to 1420% of ATK. Each hit landed charges Ice Blossom by the number of successful hits. Dodging or countering does not reset the attack streak. If the attack is interrupted, Tenso Jyurin will be prematurely removed.

At skill level 13

Toshiro condenses long-ranged ice spikes which hit up to 5 times, dealing total DMG equal to 755% of ATK. Each hit adds a stack of Ice Edge. Each hit landed charges Ice Blossom by the number of successful hits. Toshiro can perform basic attacks while moving.

At skill level 13

Toshiro instantly creates massive ice crystals and fires them forward, dealing damage equal to 262.5% of ATK and accumulating Spiritual Pressure. Enemies hit by the technique are inflicted with 5 Freeze Points. After releasing the technique, creates an area filled with ice pillars ahead. The ice pillars explode in 2.5s, dealing damage equal to 167.5% of ATK to the enemies in the area, inflicting 5 Freeze Points on them, and granting Spiritual Pressure to Toshiro.

At skill level 13

Toshiro leaps into the air, leading an ice dragon to dive and slam into the enemy in front. This deals DMG equal to 577.5% of ATK and inflicts 10 Freeze Points. Toshiro then enters Tenso Jyurin, during which his basic attacks are replaced by Ice Dragon Lunge. This lasts for 2 sets of Ice Dragon Lunge or 10 seconds.

At skill level 13

Toshiro flaps his ice wings and dives toward the enemy, launching a Freeze-up slash that deals damage equal to 642.5% of ATK and inflicting 10 Freeze Points on the enemy. While releasing the technique, Toshiro enters the Invincibility state, and you can tap the counterattack button to release a counterattack.

At skill level 13

Toshiro covers his body with ice and enters Bankai state. In this state, Toshiro can fly above the ground and all his moves will be replaced by more powerful ones.

Toshiro channels freezing air currents, causing myriad ice flowers to bloom on the enemy's body. This deals DMG equal to 2760% of ATK and consumes all Ice Blossoms. Each Ice Blossom consumed grants an extra 6% DMG multiplier. Releasing this skill removes Bankai state.

Toshiro falls back to create distance and then lunges at the enemy to counterattack, dealing damage equal to 1250% of ATK, inflicting 15 Freeze Points on them, and gaining Spiritual Pressure.

At skill level 13

Toshiro thrusts forward and envelopes the enemy in a huge ice cross, dealing damage equal to 1500% of ATK and inflicting 15 Freeze Points while applying 2 stacks of Ice Edge on himself. Counterattack DMG dealt by actively tapping the counter button is reduced to 25%.

At skill level 13

Use Flash Step to avoid attacks right before they hit. Perfect Dodges inflict True Time Freeze for 1.5s, during which Toshiro gains 15% ASPD and 25% MSPD for 4s. Cooldown: 15s.

Toshiro charges up when releasing his basic attacks, Ice Dragon Lunge and Daiguren - Flock of Ice Pillars, his Technique, Daiguren - Hyoryu Senbi, and his Counterattack, Ryusenka. Charging to a certain level generates 1 Ice Blossom, up to a maximum of 8. The number of Ice Blossoms is displayed in cross-shaped ice crystals to the left of HP. When Toshiro releases his Ultimate Hyoten Hyakkaso, all Ice Blossoms are consumed to deal 6% additional DMG for each one consumed.

When releasing a Basic Attack or Counterattack while moving in Bankai state, Toshiro gains 1 stack of Build Up, with each stack increasing his Spirit DMG by 5%, up to 5 stacks. When Toshiro ends his Bankai state, all stacks of Build Up are consumed. If 5 stacks of Build Up are consumed, Toshiro's Spiritual Pressure is instantly filled to maximum at the end of Bankai state.

At skill level 3

When Toshiro enters Bankai state, each Ice Blossom grants 6% Ultimate Energy. If Toshiro releases Ultimate, Hyoten Hyakkaso, within 20 seconds, raises the Ultimate DMG by 80%.

At skill level 3

For each 1% Crit Rate Toshiro has, his basic attack, Ice Dragon Lunge, deals 3% more damage, up to 180%.
