Is Arines good?
Arines hands out one of the strongest team-wide buffs around: everyone's attack and crit chance climb for six turns whenever she casts it, and because the effect blankets the whole battlefield, positioning is a non-issue. She can reapply it before the previous cast even wears off, so in practice the whole team stays buffed nonstop.
She's an especially good partner for crit-reliant attackers like 
Anastasia, and she's also commonly brought along with 
Wiggle to breeze through story content.
