Is Eleaneer good?
Eleaneer works as a sub-attacker whose two main options either rip away enemy buffs or land a silence plus a defense-down debuff, both of which matter most in PvP. She's stuck at the front of the formation on her own, though, so she needs a lock-on character like Janice to actually reach targets in the back.
Her Shadow Bunny costume changes all that: it buffs her own attack and adds a field-wide attack or magic power boost plus enemy vulnerability, all without needing a dedicated support in the lineup, and that buff can be overwritten by other effects but never outright dispelled.
