This dress can also be seen as referencing marshmallows in terms of its silhouette, giving her a fuller look.

What she is wearing on her legs is unknown, but one can see black boots or shoes right under her dress.

Cocoa Cookie also shows interest in classical music and, more specifically, a lot of affection towards Mintchoco, to such degree that she calls his music even sweeter than cocoa.

She has constantly been referred to as his biggest fan and as the only Cookie who was there for him from the start, since he played his music on the street.

Upon being invited to his concert, it became her top priority, and she became immensely sad when she was unable to attend, thinking she had failed him.

They are shown together in plenty of in-game content and also extra material such as advertisements or merchandise, showing that their bond is very strong.
