Personality
Dark Enchantress Cookie serves as the main villain of the Cookie Run universe and poses as a major threat to GingerBrave and company, even managing to overpower the Ancient Heroes.
Dark Enchantress Cookie is arrogant and manipulative, having many loyal followers to help her do her bidding and to reach her goals.
Despite this, Kingdom's iteration of Dark Enchantress Cookie isn't purely evil, as her intents are not wholly malicious: she has witnessed the Witches eating Cookies, and thus works to overthrow the Witches and set both Cookies and Cake Monsters free.
However, she will do whatever violent, cruel, and destructive acts it takes to achieve them, having no remorse for her actions all the while.
Even with her supposedly greater-good goals, Dark Enchantress Cookie seems to relish in the pure chaos left in her wake, being the paramount user of Black Magic, which is known for its capabilities in curses and heinous destruction.
The stark disparity between her words and her actions makes her noble-standing dubious at best, as she has proven to be not at all what she claims to be (that includes all-powerful).
Character Development

Dark Enchantress Cookie is revealed in Tragedy at the Tower to be an offshoot identity of whitelily, born from the Ultimate Dough when White Lily Cookie fell into it and was rebaked, all while refusing to accept her fate as a Cookie made to be eaten.
Vowing to destroy the world's order, Dark Enchantress Cookie brought chaos to the Night of the Witches, enlisting the Cake Monsters to her side and giving a young redvelvet a Cake arm to replace his missing one.
At the end of the Dark Flour War, purevanilla imprisoned Dark Enchantress Cookie within a gigantic Moonstone, which was then hidden away within a dimensional portal in the Blueberry Yogurt Academy.
Upon her imprisonment, a fragment of her past as White Lily Cookie came to life, seeking out her missing memories.
This fragment would meet GingerBrave and his friends and follow them on their quest to stop Dark Enchantress Cookie.
Upon their finding of a mystical Moonstone prison at the end of Episode 8, the fragment would recognize herself as the one being inside it, prompting them to break the prison open—only to free Dark Enchantress Cookie instead.
While Dark Enchantress Cookie disavows any sympathy for her previous life, she otherwise remembers everything that happened to her as White Lily Cookie, and in turn is recognized by Pure Vanilla Cookie as once being his closest friend.
Hollyberry and Dark Cacao would not learn the truth of her identity until the events of Cookie Odyssey.
Dark Enchantress Cookie is currently based in Beast-Yeast with her followers conducting various plots in the different kingdoms of Earthbread.
There, she has been gathering Life Energy to create new bodies for the Beast Cookies.
She is also attempting to take the powers of the dragons for herself, using the words of Dragontongue that she earned from a deal with pitaya dragon when she was still one with White Lily Cookie.

1Visions of Doom
A bottomless Abyss unfolds on the battlefield, immobilizing all enemies within its range. The Abyss increases their Cooldown and drains their HP, converting it to HP Shield that cannot be removed. Abyssal Chains dispel enemy HP Shield and make enemies unable to gain new HP Shields. Other targets become Stunned. After the Abyss has consumed enough magic energy, it deals damage to all enemies, applying Injury. With its last powerful hit, the Abyss will turn some enemies into Failed Creations. Each hit of the Abyss applies Dark Enchantress's Curse. A Legendary, Ancient, Dragon, Beast, or Super Epic Cookie with the highest ATK becomes a Failed Creation. This effect cannot be prevented by skills that can make the target resistant or immune to incapacitating effects, or dispelled, and cannot be affected by the Debuff Resist stat. All Epic or lower rarity Cookies become Failed Creations, and other targets become Stunned. Failed Creations share a part of damage taken by Dark Enchantress Cookie. When they are defeated, Dark Enchantress Cookie is healed. Dark Enchantress Cookie will consume magic energy to become stronger whenever she uses her skill and whenever an ally or enemy is defeated. Her DMG Dampening and ATK will increase proportionally to the amount of magic energy consumed. Upon reaching a certain number of stacks, Dark Enchantress Cookie will gain the Magic Overflow status. In this state, she can Revive once, and her regular attacks, as well as her skill, will deal more damage. Darkness Unleashed, triggering at certain intervals and dealing damage, will also become enhanced in this state. Dark Enchantress Cookie's Cooldown will decrease in proportion to her ATK boosted with Toppings. Also, her ATK will increase in proportion to her Cooldown reduced with Toppings. At the beginning of a battle, Dark Enchantress Cookie will briefly become immune to debuffs (once per battle).
