From the throne of Tartrus, she has watched over the Nether Realm since the dawn of the Cookie World, drawing pure Life Energy from the souls carried into her domain and sending it back to the world above.
Beneath her languid smile, countless lives sink into Oblivion each day, none the wiser.
. . But every so often, Nether Queen Cookie complains that she would rather retire—though no one can tell whether she truly means it.

Appearance
Nether Queen Cookie is a slim, elegant Cookie with dark brown dough.
She wears a long, flame-like dress with a contradictory color scheme of blue and red (red being the main color and bluer at the tips), with black and white thorny vines over the body area of the dress, with a single part on her shoulder boasting red-colored thorns.
Her icing is long and black, with more red and blue strands going along the portion that spirals down messily.
On the opposite side from her spiraled icing, her icing flows upwards in more messy spikes, tipped in white like the vines.
Nether Queen Cookie’s eyes have red sclera and are outlined in light blue, and her upper eyelashes flicker and move similar to flames.
She has light freckles and a red mouth, often either simply smiling, or in a slightly W-shaped, prideful-looking smile.
Additionally, her arms and legs change color, blending into a lighter gold color at the ends.
Upon promoting Nether Queen Cookie to 2★, 4★, and 6★, she gains a floating black flower emanating gold and teal lights that swirl out and behind itself, with some decorative black surrounding features, the top of which spiking out like her icing and featuring the same blue and red swirls.
At 4★, the lights intensify, and the bottom set of decorative surrounding features become more complex, the top becomes more spiky, and the flower turns white with red tips, and at 6★, the flower becomes completely white, and both the top and the bottom surrounding features gain spikes respectively to their positions around the flower, adding to the complexity.
Nether Queen Cookie has a languid, tired, and deeply calm personality, often complaining about wanting to retire and sleep for centuries despite calmly ruling over the waters of Oblivion.
She watches over the passing of souls with quiet detachment, finding the stillness of her realm peaceful rather than tragic.
She interacts with visiting souls and lost figures (like White Lily Cookie) with a strange, calm grace rather than malice.

1River of Tartrus
The waters of Tartrus purify removable debuffs from allies, then restore HP and grant an HP Shield along with DMG Dampening and DMG Resist buffs. When Nether Queen Cookie's skill heals an ally beyond their Max HP, the excess is converted into a Shield. Inflicts Soul Shackling, Branded Soul, and Injury on enemies. Nether Queen Cookie gains Soul Fragments periodically and upon meeting certain conditions. Once she has enough Soul Fragments, she grants the Ring of Tartrus and its power to ally Cookies (excluding herself) just before they are defeated, triggering up to 2 times per battle. However, allies who already have other Immortality or Invulnerability effects active before being defeated are excluded. Nether Queen Cookie is not affected by removable Incapacitated debuffs, Silence, Cooldown freezing, or Cooldown recovery reduction. At the start of battle, she gains the Ruler of Tartrus buff, and grants herself an HP Shield once while inflicting DMG and ATK reduction on enemy Cookies. If there is exactly 1 Healing Cookie on the team, grants DMG Dampening and CRIT DMG Resist to self. Once per battle, when defeated, she grants herself the Ring of Tartrus and her Cooldown is reset. If an enemy Cookie gains Invulnerability, it is removed after 1 sec.
