A cheap 
sniper who buffs allies' attack speed and Crit DMG and gives allied soldiers short perfect evasion. Those buffs are welcome across PVE, and as a sniper she completes Vivian's operator skill order, a class that lacks other buffers. She sees niche PVP use for similar reasons. Her own damage is low.

Passive SkillWhen deployed, self and all allies ASPD +10%, CRIT DMG +20% for 8s. If CRIT is triggered 5 times, the buff is applied again. Allied Soldiers additionally gain 4s of Perfect Evasion, which is not triggered again.
