Is Dracasia good?
A PVP frontline bruiser with unusual AI: she locks onto the nearest target and chases it until it dies, changing target only when Taunted. Her damage scales with Evasion, which isn't reduced in PVP, so she hits more like a real damage dealer than a cheap frontliner, backed by many self-buffs.
She's fairly squishy for a 
striker.

Skills
4Basic attack
Basic SkillClaws at a single target, inflicting Melee damage. Targets the nearest enemy, and never changes her target until she or it dies.
I Promise I'll Be Gentle
Passive SkillAfter every 4 basic attacks, performs an enhanced attack that causes Hitstun. The enhanced attack's damage scales with her Max HP. This enhanced attack restores 5% of HP (10% in Ultimate Skill mode).
Grapping Anchor
Special SkillDracasia glides across the ground, downing enemies in her path (Disabled if enemies are within 300 reach). Grants EVA +50% to self for 10 seconds after casting.
Shark's Bite
Ultimate SkillExplodes water, inflicting AoE damage on surrounding enemies. Becomes immune to all Hitstun (Cannot be canceled) and increases her basic and enhanced attack's damage for 15 seconds. Basic and enhanced attack's Valid Hits changed to 2 and removes barriers on hit targets. After casting, permanently gains EVA +50% (Up to 2 stacks) and reactivates Special Skill buff.
