Is Orca good?
A PVE 
striker who hits C.O. bosses harder than other enemies. Since her rework she only has to land a hit on an enemy in the 4 seconds before it dies to trigger her passive heal and ATK bonus, and her True Damage Ultimate resets on a kill, though big boss health pools rarely let that happen.
She's a clean damage dealer, but strikers that also buff or debuff usually take her slot.
