Rachel Dodds is an SSR character in Counter:Side. Faction: Horizon Finance.

Despite her poor background, Rachel is an energetic and optimistic girl.

She loves to graffiti both as a way to express herself and to brighten up the mood of the 6th Refuge District.

Even after being tortured to near death by Jehuty Biotech agents and recovering from her wounds, Rachel outwardly remained as cheery as she typically is.

Being the oldest child in the orphanage, Rachel takes responsibility in looking after the other orphans alongside the headmaster of the orphanage.

She can be somewhat patronizing (even towards other adults) because of this but is genuinely compassionate about their well-being nonetheless.

She's adamant that no child in the district be left behind; in the case of Horizon, Rachel pestered the android into entering the orphanage as she originally did not believe in Horizon's claims of being a machine or even a loan shark at the time.

she eventually came learn that Horizon was telling the truth and stopped treating her like a child.

While she is normally friendly, Rachel has been known to sometimes engage in physical violence.

According to public records, she once "committed extreme violence" after another orphan mocked her artwork, though Rachel argued that it was a "fair fight.

" She is also apparently not as smart as she makes herself out to be as, according to Horizon, one of her attempts at helping the orphans with their homework backfired and lead to her getting a lesson from them instead.
