Is Rosaria le Friede good?
A PVP glass cannon whose Special resets its cooldown every time she's deployed, so she can be cycled through the deck all match and drop a huge burst exactly where it's needed. Because of that she can stack pure damage gear without giving up skill haste.
Her Alternium Reactor raises the Special's damage and fixes the cost problem that held her back, so she now sees regular PVP play. She dies to almost any pressure.
