Is Serapel good?
A frontline utility tank who heals herself, soaks damage for the whole team and, in PVP only, burns a percentage of every enemy's HP across the map. She has 0 base EVA, so 
defender shredders always hit her; EVA accessories and the Gleipnir: Pod Type ship help only a little.
Her Alternium Reactor shortens her Special cooldown and extends her self-buff, but since her durability comes from healing, anti-heal hurts her badly. In PVE, Rearm Kaci and Rearm 
Alex are stronger and cheaper.

Passive SkillPermanently increases her ATK by 1% in response to incoming damage, up to 99%. In Gauntlet, incoming damage decreases all enemies' HP by 4.5% over 3 seconds. (Ships excluded)
Painful Monopoly
Special SkillSpecial Skill cooldown decreases by 1 second when hit every 2 seconds. Unleashes her power, inflicting AoE damage on surrounding enemies and forcing them to attack her for 8 seconds. Takes 50% of damage for surrounding allies and achieves 100% higher DEF for 8 seconds. Enhanced attack activated after casting Special Skill.
Lacrimosa
Ultimate SkillPartly reveals her true form, inflicting AoE damage on surrounding enemies. This skill immediately nullifies all the debuffs cast on her and make her invincible for its duration.
