Is Spira good?

The best non-awakened PVP striker, built to dive and kill the backline. The fog from her charge blinds her targets, so awakened units and supports parked at the back die before they can respond. Her passive lets her survive a lot of punishment, and she's also used in hard PVE like Dive 50 and late Challenge Mode.
