Is Tallie good?
A damage 
sniper with very little damage whose only asset is a high hit count. Hit-count checks mostly appear in PVE and are usually cleared without her, and she's too fragile for the stages where it matters, such as Tyrant Gigas.
She can in theory strip the dino mech's hit-count immortality in PVP, but those teams bring enough disruption that she rarely pulls it off.

Passive SkillAll of Tallie's attacks use specially modified shells that explode multiple times. After 6 basic attacks, she fixes her overheated gun barrel to perform an enhanced attack that discharges sparks.

Special SkillTallie is unstoppable once she starts firing. Rapidly fires her Dream Maker 3 times, inflicting AoE damage to enemies in front.

Ultimate SkillJumps in the air and fires a special shell that deals AOE damage to the target and its surroundings. She also never forgets to spice up the explosion for the notoriety of the Sharks.
