Attacks all enemies, dealing 104% magic damage. Then grants all allies 1 stack of Financial Investment with an investment amount equal to 15% of maximum HP, lasting 2 rounds. After casting, if the user is not in Overdraft, they enter Overdraft and additionally gain 1 stack of Financial Investment of the same amount for 2 rounds.

When deployed as an assist, the user gains +20% final damage reduction for 2 rounds.

2★: Zero-Sum Game: Damage Reduction +15%. 3★: Capital Tide: After self is attacked, has a 30% chance to give the target Spirit Points -1. If the target has fewer than 1 Spirit Point, it incurs a debt of 1 Spirit Point, giving it Spirit Points -1 after its next Spirit recovery. Each enemy unit can trigger this at most 1 time per round. If self receives more than 5 attacks in a round, at the end of that round grants all allies 1 stack with an investment amount equal to 15% of maximum HP as Financial Investment, lasting 2 rounds. 4★: Periodic Law: HP +30%. 5★: Black Swan: While this unit is alive, each point of investment for all allies absorbs +0.25 more damage. At the start of a round, if Tianyan Su Enxi is not in Overdraft, this character can trigger Special Ops Support. After it triggers, grant all allies 1 stack with investment equal to 15% of maximum HP: Financial Investment, lasting 2 rounds. At the end of a round, if Tianyan Su Enxi is in Overdraft, Special Ops Support ends.

1★: Units receiving Financial Investment gain increased ATK and DEF for 2 rounds. The increase equals 15% of the investment amount, capped at 30% of their initial ATK and DEF. 3★: Units with Financial Investment gain all damage taken -30%. If self is in the front row, those units additionally gain Status Effect Resistance +30%. 5★: The proportion of damage absorbed by Financial Investment increases to 90%. The first time lethal damage is received, immediately gain Overdraft and convert all subsequent damage received during this round into healing.
