Koyanskaya of Dark

Koyanskaya of Dark... The other half of Koyanskaya, which split from her during the sealing of Lostbelt: Beast IV. She has become even more wicked than when she was pretending to be a Disciple of the Foreign God. This half is the Koyanskaya who mocks and abuses Humanity.

She is Tamamo-no-Mae absent any intent to become a good wife (er, let's just put aside the question of whether you can call yourself Tamamo-no-Mae when you have no intention of being a good wife...). She is a destroyer, and her aspect as an evil spirit (a naturally occurring spirit) is at the fore.

"Do you need someone to manage obstinate creatures? Someone to raise creatures that quickly give in to temptation? Someone to train creatures? Then you've come to the right woman, for I am the Beast of Affection♡"

A bewitching, beautiful woman who believes in strict, dominant wildness over all else, and who likes nothing more than to cruelly toy with humans. She considers strong beings her enemy (and loves to turn them into pitiful weaklings by defeating them) and controls those who are already weak with love and affection. Truly the position one would expect the undisputed queen of beasts to take.

Despite being both beautiful and cruel, she does not consider affairs of the heart to be a waste of time. As she puts it, her wild nature is all the more reason to cherish love (that is to say, her intuition).

Although inherently ruthless and cold-blooded, she enjoys presenting herself as a reasonable, highly capable woman. While she does enjoy tormenting the weak, it's only because her bestial "law of the jungle" instincts are so prominent.

Even when forcing the weak to submit to her completely and utterly, she never forgets to be playful.

"It would just look silly of me if I were to get too worked up about eradicating humanity, right? So if I'm going to crush them anyway, I'm going to make sure I enjoy myself. That's right. I'm going to kill every last one of you humans as part of a game♡"

This fixation of hers to enjoy herself in everything she does mean that her attacks on humanity end up being highly serpentine. Despite coming up with all sorts of ways to oppress humanity, in the end, she decided that being kept like pets by an all-powerful champion would make humans happiest and chose to evolve into the Goddess of Taming, a being eminently well-suited for putting the screws on all of humanity.

Personality (3rd Spirit Origin)

Thundering Light of Heaven - Fire Emperor Goddess.

As a god of nature, she speaks and acts very differently from the usual Koyanskaya...but deep down, she's still the same as ever. Well, I guess you could say she's a little more serene than usual, thanks to her Spirit Origin being less well-defined as a result of its massive scale.

Although she is a cruel and cold-blooded ruler, she is also a god who cares a great deal about wildness and generally tends to favor individual feelings.

In this form, she has toned down her typical secretary speak for more of a straightforward manner of speech befitting a primitive beast.

While only reading her lines may give the impression that she's a combination of Tamamo-no-Mae and Tamamo Cat, be aware that her elegance and stubbornness are still pure Koyanskaya.

Customer-Focused Attitude

As a human lover, Koyanskaya would never ignore or destroy a client. It's just that, as a result of Koyanskaya following her instincts for love and devoting herself to serving her client's needs, the client simply ends up forgetting their human self.

Although she also considers the Master of Chaldea a target for subjugation, she also hasn't forgotten the debt she owes for the help she herself received. An animal doesn't change its principles regardless of who it's dealing with, after all.

And so, while she would never cooperate with Chaldea (that is, humanity) she is willing to cooperate with the Master of Chaldea as a Servant.

Of course, should that Master die, she will either vanish or go right back to being an enemy of humankind.

NFF Services: EX

An original skill Koyanskaya devised to try and turn herself into the new Golden White Face. This Authority lets her use inhuman beings whose very existence was deemed intolerable by Proper Human History as extensions of her own body, making it a great fit for the next generation of a great and dangerous god.

...Or at least, that's how she likes to put it, but basically, it's just familiar creation. Koyanskaya does this by absorbing any creature with body hair into her tail's library, thereby enabling her to generate and command them as new familiars.

Just as the nine-tailed fox is the manager of pipe foxes, Koyanskaya's goal was to become the queen of all the various monstrosities that could only exist in Lostbelts.

Entity of the Outer Realm: C

This Beast IV, who first came about when a meteorite crashed to Earth, possessed the Authority to connect space to the sector of the universe that served as her origin point, which in turn led to Koyanskaya possessing this skill. It is very different from similar skills possessed by Foreigners who came to Earth from an outer universe.

Dominator Fox: A

This skill endows Koyanskaya with the Authority to tame all manner of animals (including humans) by making even better use of a system designed for domination...or so she likes to claim. In reality, it's all just her personal taste and instincts. One could also say this is a form of management-based domination.

Massacring Beasts: A

A variation on Tamamo Vitch Koyanskaya's Massacring Technique.

Essentially, a method for, well, massacring things by controlling animals. Koyanskaya can use this to completely control any animal with body hair, be it a Demonic Beast, Phantasmal, or even a Divine Beast, which she then mercilessly exploits in order to use them as perfect weapons. That being said, she is still unable to fully control ultra-powerful Divine Beasts, so the most she can do with them is boost their already considerable strength.

Raiten Nikkou - Fiery Starfall, Descending Calamity

A huge attack in which Koyanskaya absorbs every monstrosity under her command into her body, transforming herself into an enormous creature. She then brings her enormous mass crashing down to the ground like the meteorite that exploded over Tunguska, obliterating every enemy in her path. Incidentally, the Tunguska meteorite is believed to have weighed over 100,000 tons.

Back in the Chinese Lostbelt, Qin Shi Huang roughly estimated that Koyanskaya's Spirit Origin also weighed around 100,000 tons, and had most likely figured out her true identity at the time. No wonder their empire lasted for so long.

Goddess Morph (Beast): B

The Morph skill taken to its highest level.

Transforms the field into Shang Hell, an environment where humans lose all reason, devolve into beasts, and undergo intense suffering.

A recreation of the "Lake of Wine and Forest of Meat" debauchery that is said to have been King Zhou of Shang's spiritual downfall.

This skill may or may not lay bare the various crimes of Tamamo-no-Mae, the original Koyanskaya.

A Beast is a kind of evil created by the sins that arise as a result of humanity's development, and Koyanskaya was one of the candidates to become Beast IV.

This Koyanskaya had a choice to become either a being persecuted by humanity, or a being humanity used to persecute others. She chose the former, thereby becoming a Demon God that commands all manner of inhuman beasts.

Koyanskaya possesses both the right to lead all of the beasts who were born in the biosphere of humanity (including fictional creatures), and the Authority to use this ability to its maximum potential.

Unlike Koyanskaya of Light, Koyanskaya of Dark loves humans (specifically, she loves keeping them like pets, tormenting them, and snacking on them) and therefore has no intention of eradicating humanity. If anything, she wants to increase their numbers even more, so that she'll have even more of them to do with as she likes.

Koyanskaya is the collective resentment animals hold towards humans made into an arbiter. But despite being a living means for the natural world to extract revenge, she also possesses frightening flexibility to interpret things in a way that suits her personal sensibilities. Maybe it's because she's based off of Tamamo-no-Mae?

"Really, when you get right down to it, humans are just another type of animal, don't you think?"

And while Koyanskaya of Dark and Koyanskaya of Light are diametrically opposed in many ways, there is one thing they have in common. Despite being enemies of humanity, and having no desire to be a good wife, they will never be fully rid of Tamamo-no-Mae's inherent inclination to serve others.
