The refined weapon adds Pathfinder for both her and her support partner, which is extra movement that matters a lot in Aether Raids, plus heavy penalties on her foe, bonus damage and a cut to the first hit she takes.

As a Mythic she also raises HP and Res for Light-blessed allies in Light season. We rate her A.
