Charging Horn buffs allies in his rows and columns and gets stronger the more allies are around him, up to denying enemy follow-ups, and standing within 2 spaces of a breakable structure gives him the full effect anyway. Detailed Report stops foes from walking past him and blocks warps within 4 spaces, which wrecks Galeforce and Wings of Mercy strategies, and his A skill lets him counter melee attackers with extra Def.
He's poor on player phase with no guaranteed follow-up, and Pass units like
