Is Pirate Veronica good?
Mounted axe unit who hits, takes little in return and rides off. Her refined Gate-Anchor 
Axe gives distance-based Canto, a guaranteed follow-up, up to three Special charges before her first attack depending on how far she moved, Def-based true damage, full damage reduction piercing when her Special fires and a large Def/Res swing in her favor.
It also lowers Atk/Def and applies Feud to the nearest foes and those around them at the start of every turn. Her Harmonized Skill gives allies from her titles Def/Res+4 and stops foes from doubling them in their first fight of a phase, and it comes back every third turn.
