Is Spring Karla good?
Mounted axe tank-buster. Sisterly War 
Axe knocks two counts off her Special at the start of every odd-numbered turn on top of its normal acceleration, and when that Special fires it adds true damage off her Spd, cancels the foe's damage reduction and stops defensive Specials like Pavise or Godlike Reflexes from triggering.
Her Harmonized Skill gives allies from The Blazing Blade and Heroes a two-count Special head start, Atk+6 and Resonance: Blades, which can set up a turn that clears several enemies.
