Supreme Astra adds damage from her Spd and has Time's Pulse built in, so it recharges every turn and once more after it goes off, letting her use it more than once in a turn. Teatime's Edge gives her Canto that scales with how far she moved (a good match for Atk/Spd Clash 4), Atk/Spd in combat, Spd-based true damage, and stops foes from slowing her Special.
Her Harmonized Skill buffs, cleanses and speeds up allies from her titles for a big push, but 17 base Res with no damage reduction leaves her exposed to magic.
