Is Winter Cordelia good?
Flying lance unit who hands out a brave effect to her whole squad. Each turn Inseverable Spear gives her and allies within 2 spaces an Orders warp plus Dual Strike, so anyone standing next to another Dual Strike holder attacks twice, and it speeds up her own Special on top. With double hits and fast charging she can reliably trigger Galeforce for another action, or carry Luna or another 3-cooldown Special instead.
Her Harmonized Skill hands Treachery, Resonance: Blades and Atk/Spd+6 to Awakening and Fates allies, which turns stacked bonuses into extra damage against tanks.
