Is Alicia good?
Alicia builds her whole kit around bleed damage and a short cooldown that also lets her revive herself. Her first active skill puts a stack of Bleed on every enemy, and her second prioritizes whoever already has two or more stacks for extra damage, making her the main damage source on a dedicated bleed team.
We rate her C, running a Mastery, Hit, or ATK set with Mastery, then ATK, then Effect Hit as the stat priority.
