Is Andra good?
Andra builds up a stacking passive every time an ally lands Detonation damage, and each stack pushes his own attack higher, so he keeps getting scarier as a fight drags on. He works best acting after other burn-focused allies like 
Anna rather than opening, since that lets the stacks pile up before he swings.
His first skill sweeps the early waves, while his second locks onto a single target for serious boss damage. That scaling and the boss-focused burst put him in our S tier.
Pairs well with: Anna.
