Introduction

Raya is an adventurer in Monster Hunter Outlanders. Raya's weapon is Dual Blades and class is Disruptor.

On the Monster Hunter Outlanders tier list Raya is B tier, 10th of the 10 adventurers ranked. Spends stamina on Chain Dance to build her Demon Gauge, then enters Demon Mode for Cross Chain Dance. Whirling Dance parries on its own and leads into Rising Whirling Dance.

Profile

Uses swift, agile dual blades, slipping past attacks with fluid, dance-like movements. Some skills consume stamina to build her Demon Gauge faster.

A pure-hearted girl who follows her instincts, she is carefree and does things her own way.

However, she also demonstrates an unbreakable courage when she cares about something or someone.

  • Chain Dance

    Attack

    While in Normal Mode with high stamina, tap Attack to consume stamina and unleash Chain Dance, performing up to 3 consecutive hits, each allowing for a change in direction. Hitting with Chain Dance increases the Demon Gauge. After Chain Dance III, tap Attack to perform Cross Chain Dance. Tap Attack again to perform Rising Whirling Dance.

  • Chain Slash

    Attack

    When stamina is low, tap Attack to perform Chain Slash. Each hit recovers stamina.

  • Demon Mode: Blade Dance

    Attack

    While in Demon Mode, tap Attack to perform Demon Mode: Chain Slash, performing up to 3 consecutive hits. After using Chain Slash, moving the left joystick in a direction to perform Demon Mode: Sidestep Slash in that direction.

  • Whirling Dance

    Attack

    Hold Attack to perform Whirling Dance. Tap Attack again to perform Whirling Rising Slash, which can automatically parry attacks. If the parry is successful, Rising Whirling Dance is performed automatically.

  • Demon Mode

    Burst

    When Demon Gauge is full, tap Burst to perform Demon Mode.

  • Demon Mode: Chain Dance

    Burst

    During Demon Mode, keep tapping Burst to perform Chain Dance, Cross Chain Dance, the second hit of Chain Dance, and Cross Chain Dance in order. If Rising Whirling Dance hits weak point, tap Burst again to perform Devastating Whirling Dance, becoming airborne and dealing Combo damage.

  • Evade

    React

    Tap React to evade.

  • Whirling Dance

    React

    When about to be hit, tap React during a skill's recovery to unleash Whirling Rising Slash, automatically performing a parry. If the parry succeeds, Rising Whirling Dance is unleashed automatically.
