Is Haniel good?
Haniel raises the team's ATK and can chip in some off-field damage of her own, which lets her double as a light Sub-DPS. Beyond that buff and the passive damage, though, there's not much else to her kit, so most runs have you applying her Skill and quickly switching to someone else.
Her Ultimate exists mainly to empower whatever her Skill is already doing.
