Is Ichigo Shikano good?

Ichigo Shikano (Berry) is a Curse Assassin built around Lovesick, a damage-over-time that snapshots the foe's debuffs and her buffs when applied or refreshed, then deals that damage for four turns. Her HIGHLIGHT mainly grants Chains of Love; at two stacks every skill counts as Continuous Damage (a separate multiplier) and Lovesick can crit for three turns.

After setup her best skill is available each turn and her Awareness scales well, but she's hard to master and slower to start when there are few chances to chain Skill 1 or little HIGHLIGHT support.

    Effect: Deal Curse damage to 1 foe equal to 167.1% of Attack + 7.7% for each Lovesick stack. Also, when targets have 10 or more Lovesick stacks, deal bonus Curse damage equal to 77.9% of Attack. After activating this skill, reset the duration of Lovesick stacks.
