Fire / Single-TargetEffect: Deal Fire damage to 1 foe equal to 112.0% of Attack. Decrease target's Defense by 9.6% + 31.4% of Runa's ailment accuracy (up to 35.2%) for 2 turns. The Defense decrease effects from this skill, and Welcome Hug do not stack. Also, gain Furrocious Follow-Up for 2 turns.
