Team skills turn on when enough pairs on a team share a type or a theme: two Fire pairs power up Fire-type attacks, three Kanto pairs raise everyone's Attack and Sp. Atk. Pick three pairs and set the skill level to see the exact bonuses.

Add sync pairs to see which team skills light up. A skill needs the number of pairs its condition names sharing its type or theme.
Every pair's skills and the effect numbers at each level come from the game's own tables. Themes count every pair that carries the tag, including the one whose skill it is.
