Is Empress good?
Empress is a Charm support who also deals real damage. Red Lip Trap gives your best damage dealer a 60% damage multiplier, her follow-up marks every enemy with Lamb to the Slaughter so the whole team heals as it attacks, and the Signature Skill heals everyone at once.
Use attack skills to reach six Intel quickly, put the Personal Skill on your main damage dealer, and keep the Signature Skill for when the team needs healing.

The Wanderer's information broker. There's no secret on this sea she can't get her hands on.
"She's Lady Luck, she can get you any news you want!" a young sea hamster whispered excitedly. "The Rotten Shrimp got a treasure ship's route from her and made a fortune!"
"Then let's pool our money and get a treasure map off her too," said another, rubbing his hands. "One job and we can retire!"
"Idiots!" A one-legged old sailor grabbed hold of him. "Careful she doesn't get you the route and then sell your stupid plan to someone else!"
The two hotheads brushed it off. "No risk, no reward. Besides, she's so pretty..."
At that moment Isabella sat in the farthest corner of the ice bar, sliding a slip of paper across the table with her fingertips. On it was the Rotten Shrimp's hiding place. The customer who took it had the trim of a Sea Hawk uniform showing at his cuff.
Crew story II
The chairman of the merchants' guild lingered a moment too long in front of a sapphire display, and Isabella guessed the sorry state of his accounts.
Add one well-placed rumour about a proposed chartered trade route, and she drew out three trade plans that hadn't been made public.
A young major kept fishing for news about the coastal fighting at a banquet, and she saw straight through the ambition of an officer's son.
All it took was posing as a shipping heiress hiring men to hunt pirates, and she walked off with the Navy's defence plans from the war table.
"Beautiful" Isabella always reads her prey's desires, and in exactly the right disguise, dangles bait they can't refuse.
Like now: smiling, she finished listing several charges against the black-market dealer across the table.
"And these goods carry Hegny's seal." She paused on purpose and watched the cold sweat bead on his forehead. "Shall we find somewhere quieter and go over where each item came from?"
"The whole manifest is right here!" The panicked dealer handed over the list, then pressed an unregistered diamond into her hand. "Please, please, do me this favour!"
In the lamplight the diamond threw back countless blurred reflections: an elegant merchant noble, a society lady from a military family. But she couldn't make out what her own face had looked like before she put on all these masks.

Lamb to the Slaughter: allies attacking the holder recover HP equal to 1.6% of their damage per stack plus 2.4% of Empress's maximum HP plus 50. Empress deals 20% more damage to holders. Stacks up to 3 times. Can't be removed by other skills.

Signature Skill (12 Energy)Deals bonus damage equal to 1200% of Attack to one enemy and heals every ally for 30% of the total damage plus 350% of Empress's Attack.
