How this list is made
Sea of Remnants is only out in China so far, with too few full tier lists to take a median from, so this list is our own. Crew are rated by the kind of fight they're best in: early progression and multi-wave stages, single bosses, high-pressure survival, and team support. S means one of the best picks for one of those, A means strong there with the right team, and B means usable but not a first choice anywhere yet. Edward and Princess, both added in September, aren't rated yet.
