MK-II Valenti's Rocket Punch blocks all of an enemy's skill effects for a turn or two, which shuts down anything that relies on landing a buff or skill effect to matter, things like Gowther's rank-up, 
Goddess Elizabeth's shield, or 
Green Diane's taunt. Stacking Crit Resistance gear turns her Association bonus into extra Pierce Rate and Crit Damage, but that same gear choice eats into her Defense and leaves her fragile against hard-hitting attackers.
She wants a Catastrophe team around her, ideally with Green or Blue Lillia for the Association bonus, and Red Awakened Eastin or Green Awakened Mono both cover her weaknesses well. We rank her A tier.
