Rugal clears waves fast with his Gravity Smash and gets tankier the more he's hit, since his Holy Relic stacks up to 50 percent bonus Pierce Rate as he takes hits and his Lifesteal keeps him topped up. He's the odd one out in a Pierce comp alongside 
Blue Demon Meliodas and 
Red Howzer, and Blue Lillia amplifies all of their pierce damage further.
His base Attack, Crit Rate, and Crit Damage are all low, so he leans entirely on Pierce and Defense, and he only ever came from the limited KOF '98 collab draw. We rank him B tier.
