Is Green Zaratras good?

Green Zaratras plays best as a specialist rather than a general-purpose hero: his real home is the Bellmoth Death Match, where a fully upgraded team built around him can clear the fight without Bellmoth ever getting to attack. Outside of that, he helps with flash-farming a handful of PvE stages and does well whenever a mono-green or HP-attribute matchup gives him an edge, like against Final Boss Diane.

He barely registers in PVP unless he's got his Holy Relic, and even then, better options exist ahead of him.

Pairs well with: Green Liz; Green Zaneri; Green Halloween Gowther; Green Thonar.

This ability does not apply in PvP (Unless he got his Holy Relic), but it is very useful in PvE.
