Lydia is a Chaos ranger who spreads debuffs: her basic attack applies Unknown Hex, Invitation Beyond the Stars hexes the whole enemy team, and Void Within the Tome slows a target for two turns. Passive stacks keep her damage decent. We rate her B tier.
