Is Rosaria good?

Rosaria out-damaged every savior before her, and she brings utility too: Difference in Class lowers the Defense of every enemy for two turns and pushes her own Action Gauge, while Ruler's Judgement changes effect with her Inferno stacks.

Her base copy is already enough to work, so she's a strong early pick without breakthroughs. We rate her A tier.

    Unleashes an inferno of condemnation to ravage the enemy. Grants self 1 stack of Agitation. The applied effect changes based on the number of stacks of Inferno (Undispellable). Removes all Inferno (Undispellable) stacks after attacking. 1 stack of Inferno (Undispellable): Deals 10% increased damage. 2 stacks of Inferno (Undispellable): Deals 20% increased damage. 3 stacks of Inferno (Undispellable): Deals 20% increased damage and triggers Ashen Inferno.

    Swings her sword to cleave a planet, attacking all enemies. Inflicts all enemies with DEF Down for 2 turns with a 100% chance. Increases self Action Gauge by 50% and grants self Owner of the Throne (Undispellable) for 3 turns. Grants self a stack of Inferno (Undispellable) for each target hit by a Critical Hit. Stacks up to 3 times.

  • Tyrant of the North

    Unique Passive · Non-Attack

    Increases self ATK by 15%. Increases the chance to grant self Inferno (Undispellable) by 20% for every stack of Agitation on self after using Ashen Inferno (up to 5 stacks). Current HP does not drop below 40% upon receiving damage. Grants self ATK Up for 3 turns if self HP is 40% or below after being attacked. Effects triggered upon receiving damage or after being attacked can only occur once per battle.
