Dantsu Flame (ダンツフレーム, Dantsu Furēmu) was a racehorse in the 2000s.

During his time as a racehorse, he was a rival of Agnes Tachyon, Jungle Pocket and Manhattan Cafe during the Classics.

The only G1 he had won was the 2002 Takarazuka Kinen.

He retired after the 2005 Kawasaki Kinen, becoming a riding horse and did not stand stud, therefore he did not have any children.

He contracted pneumonia during an unknown time as a riding horse.

On August 28th, 2005, he could not recover from it and died as a result at the age of 7.

Biography

“Even though there's a lot of amazing Umamusume, I'll be the star of the show one day!

... I mean, it'll be nice if that happens....”

Dantsu Flame is a good-natured Umamusume who often goes along with the whims of others.

Although not extremely confident in herself, she works very hard in the hopes that she can run in races forever.

Because she can be easily swayed, she is usually pushed around by her unique peers.

Dantsu Flame wears her rosy-brown short hair in a half-up ponytail, with two ahoges on the top of her head.

She has blunt bangs, with white side bangs on both sides of her face.

On her ears, she wears two pink covers with a silver trim, and there is a green and pink checkered ribbon on her right ear.

Her eyes are round with amber-colored pupils.

In her race outfit, she's sporting a pink undershirt, with a white collar fastened with a large golden zipper, and a white ribbon tied at the bottom.

On top of this is a black long sleeved top with a pink checkered pattern going across the right sleeve, and a green checkered pattern on the left.

The sleeves are rolled up, and have a pink and green checkered pattern.

Underneath the hoodie sleeves are the black sleeves of a compression shirt.

She wears a pair of black joggers with pink stripes going down the side, and on top of this, a pair of pink shorts with a white belt.

The belt has pink and green tassels coming down either side, and the belt has a golden checkered buckle.

Her shoes are plain pink and white sneakers.

Hishi Miracle - Friend and roommate. Dantsu takes solace in how normal Hishi Miracle is, and likes how comforting she is.

Introduced by Hishi Miracle, Dantsu Flame gets along well with No Reason, and Dantsu also finds No Reason's attitude to be admirable in her own way.

She was announced during the 3rd Anniversary PakaLive TV stream on February 22, 2024.

Among all who was introduced during the stream, she was the last one to receive a playable version.

During 5th EVENT ARENA TOUR GO BEYOND -NEW GATE- Day 2, her voice actress, Haruna Fukushima, revealed that she used to be a backup dancer for Sprinters' Story before she was cast as Dantsu Flame.

During 6th EVENT The New Frontier, she was announced to be the next playable trainee during the event.

This is the first time a playable Umamusume was announced in the middle of a major live event.

The quartet consisting of Dantsu Flame, Jungle Pocket, Agnes Tachyon, and Manhattan Cafe is often referred to as "JAMD."

She really likes dairy products, especially cheese.

This is a reference to Dantsu Flame's irl dam, Inter Pyrenees, who is named after the cheese Tomme des Pyrénées.

Dantsu Flame's body was also compared to a cow's, hence the reference too.
