Lucky Lilac has long straight dusky-rose hair that is tied up in a neat side ponytail, decorated with floral accessories.

She has straight bangs with white highlights which resembles the markings of her real-life counterpart that cover her forehead, as well as two side bangs.

She also sports two ear covers that have star shaped earrings on them.

Lucky Lilac has light-magenta colored eyes.

In her race outfit, she sports a white sleeveless halterneck shirt with detached sleeves, and a black silvered corset.

She also wears a brown high-low skirt, with white knee-high socks.

On her feet are two black boots with purple heels and a purple-colored flower in the middle of their shafts.
