Despite her real-life counterpart belonging to the JRA's Miho Training Center, the umamusume Mr.

C.B. does not live in the Miho Dormitory or any dormitory at all.

In her career story's introduction event, the trainer remembers a certain Umamusume before C.B.'s time that not only won 15 times in 19 races, but won the Triple Crown as well.

This Umamusume is a reference to the real life horse Shinzan, who became the second Japanese Triple Crown winner in 1964.

Her parents eloping is a reference to how her dam and sire in real life were not supposed to mate at the time due to club rules.

Her love for rain is a reference to how in real life, Mr.

C.B. won the Triple Crown in unfavorable conditions, such as rain.

In her SSR Speed Card, she is holding a book that looks similar to the book "Ware ni Gogatsu o" ("May for Me" in English) written by Shuji Terayama.

The book opens up with the line "Twenty years old", while both Mr.

C.B. and Katsuragi Ace passed away at twenty years old in 2000.

Though she lives alone in Umamusume, Mr.
