To be blessed by the gods is a rare feat, but to forge your own blessing is even rarer.
This is precisely what Laya, the Celestial Chordspeaker did.
Raised as an oracle of the sun Elves from a young age, her destiny had always been to become a seer for her people; someone who could gaze into the future and predict calamities before they happened.
But no matter how hard her caretakers tried to awaken her slumbering power, Laya's connection to the gods never surfaced.
Years passed, and disappointment took root in the Elf's hearts.
Was this finally the end of their lineage of oracles?
No one was as opposed to that travesty as Laya.
She resolved not to wait for her power to awaken; instead she would trigger it herself.
Laya threw herself into the magical study and religious practices of a myriad number of schools of faith.
She learned and toiled, and eventually landed on music - specifically, chords - realizing they could transcend dimensions in ways mortals could not.
Laya thus set to crafting her own unique instrument, she would suffer physical consequences as a result.
It was as if the instrument was an extension of her very mind and body.
But pain was not something Laya feared. She feared letting down her people, and sought to fulfill her destiny at all cost.
And so she did it, binding herself to the harp.
The bonding was a success, and Laya accomplished that which no Elf had done before.
Through playing magical chords on the harp, Laya was able to not only commune with divine deities, but also receive their boons and aid.
Achieving her destiny, she became an oracle for the sun Elves, earning her honored title and a place in Tya's history books.

Skills
9Blessing of the Light III
Increases faction allies' basic attributes by 15%. Periodically increases DMG and Healing Multiplier by 50% for 20 sec. The more faction allies there are on the team, the more frequently it takes effect. When any faction ally is healed, their DMG will increase by 25% for 10 sec.
AoE Heal
Grant ATK-Based Healing to 3 allies in range.
Divine Grace
Restores 10% Rage for all allies in range immediately. Afterwards, applies Rage Regen for them every 2 sec, lasting for 10 sec. This effect doesn't affect the hero's Rage.
Celestial Ascendance
When the Ultimate is triggered, applies a DMG Increase to all allies in range, and increases their DMG by 5% every 5 sec, stacking up to 1 time(s). This effect lasts until the Ultimate is over.
Ethereal Resurrection
When allies in range trigger their Ultimates, they will restore HP equal to 150% of Laya's Healing Multiplier.
Euphonic Coronet
Excl ArtifactWhen the Ultimate is triggered, there is a [50%-100%] chance to grant one of the following buffs to all allies within the skill range: ATK Spd. increases by 60; Rage Regen increases by 30%; Crit. DMG increases by 30%. The applied buff lasts until the end of the Ultimate.
