Banner,
Chisa and Iuno share the first 3.7 banner phase until 22 October
Phase I runs Chisa's Horizon of Dawnbreak and Iuno's Across Time's Waxes and Wanes Resonator banners from the 3.7 update to 22 October, 09:59 server time, both with Buling, Taoqi and Youhu as boosted 4-stars. The weapon banners feature Kumokiri and Moongazer's Sigil, and the 5-star you pull on each is guaranteed to be that weapon. Each Resonator's Waveband sells twice in the Afterglow Coral Store while the banners last.
