It's interesting, but...it's kind of a strange place, this city. The atmosphere here is completely different from Elzion, of course... And we sort of got invited to the Gulfagin just after we came here, and had a surprise one-act adventure...

Come to think of it, Galliard, you two were showered with those Arrows of Light, but it didn't seem to do anything to you. Didn't Professor Chronos create them as an anti-Synth Human weapon? So then, why didn't they...?

Our nervous units have had a special protective coating applied to them. Professor Chronos saw to it in advance. Helena and I did not have our memories erased. They were merely blocked. Our memories of Rindo, the professor's best friend, and his daughter Kikyo, were plunged into darkness when he became the Demon.

It seems that block was configured to be released when we heard Rindo and Kikyo's voices together. We remembered everything, back there. The professor and Rindo's friendship... And Kikyo, as a little girl. I'm sure you must not remember anything from those days, Kikyo, but...

I hypothesize that, in case Rindo and Kikyo found themselves facing off with Galliard and Helena in person someday... Professor Chronos added this safeguard to prevent them from battling each other. I am 87% certain that my hypothesis is correct!

According to that record, the following is written in the Book of the Time Dream: "On the day we wake from dreams of time, the Goddess of Time shall return, opening the door to paradise." "Then, the one who stands against the darkness, the one chosen by time, the one with three names shall be made to speak." "He shall speak the name of hope, bestowed by the fair maiden"...

Chosen by time... The one with three names... The name of hope? What does any of that mean?

Unfortunately, we don't know, either. At least, not yet...

We have to chase after those guys and take back the Book of the Time Dream! We can't just let them get away with stealing it like that. After all, it looks like the Chapel of the Goddess of Time is the key to this whole situation. The Book of the Time Dream has got to have some sort of important meaning, too.

We'll try and investigate the movements of the KMS Eastern Division in our own way. There have been some concerning points lately, regarding the actions of KMS.
