Is Acasta good?
A defensive destroyer built around a smokescreen that raises the evasion rate of every ship inside it, allies included, by up to 40%. Since it lifts the rate itself rather than the evasion stat, most shots miss while it's up, and her own high evasion adds to that.
When she's the last Vanguard ship left she gets 50% more damage, at the cost of taking 20% more. Her HP is very low, so give her gear that adds HP or even more evasion.

Smokescreen
Skill 2When the battle begins, and 15% (30%) chance every 15s after that, deploy a smokescreen that lasts for 5s. Allied ships inside the smokescreen gain 20% (40%) evasion rate. (This skill does not stack with any other smokescreen skill.)
