Is Ardent good?

A support destroyer whose skills protect the fleet rather than add damage. One lowers a random enemy's attack and attack speed, and another cuts the damage your light and fleet carriers take, which is worth it when the main fleet is carrier-heavy.

She dodges well but has little HP, so gear that raises HP or evasion helps.
